I can't believe 16 year old french wonder wizard Madeon is already producing amazing electro at such an early age. His Yelle remix has so much complexity and quality for such a young kid. This should be an example to youths these days, Make electro not WARCRAFT.

electro - AWOOGA, many negative comments i see on the youtube clip but i thoroughly enjoy this track and foresee remixes and mashups done with it.

Mashup - The White Panda smashed Katy Perry's 'Teenage Dream' with 08's anthem 'infinity' by Guru Josh Project. yum.

Progressive/House - 'Tomorrow (Give in to the night)' by Dada Life, Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike was a 2010 release but this revamp by Pedro Henriques & Digital LAB is massiv. its been spinning on my ipod this last week and i suspect it will be spinning @ Ultrafest this weekend.

Trance - with respect to the ASOT 500 events coming up around the world, i thought it would be appropriate to throw in a trance track. although this ones not an Armada records, Ferry Corstens Flashover Records spat out remixes for his classic 'Punk'. Its got a mental drop. Arty is so underrated.

HR 8938 Cephei (named after a distant star) is an epic 10 minute progressive track that builds you up and doesn't dissapoint.
While bleed has a little more laid back in outer space kinda feel.

Avicii

Tim Berg AKA Avicii is yet another house music prodigy from Sweden and he's AMAZING. I dont usually obsess over house music but his synthy progressive piano style has got me hooked. He's only 21 and has already achieved a number 1 on the Beatport charts with his hit single Bromance and his new track ID is instrumental swedish house at its best.

Definitely one to look out for in 2011.
